Part time Administrative Assistant needed for company in the Galleria area. Flexible on days and hours you work. Insurance industry. Nice people to work with. Bilingual a plus but not necessary. Insurance experience is not needed either. Needs someone with a good, flexible attitude, good general administrative skills, solid MS Word and Excel skills, good communication and phone skills to talk with Clients over the phone and must possess a professional and mature attitude.
Great place for a mature college student or back to worker who wants a stable place where they can really make a difference. Potential to grow this into a full time job later on. Small office so must wear many hats and work with the owner on special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
MS Word and Excel, Internet and email usage. Flexible to do anything. More money paid for more experience.
