Description:
FICS, a nationwide mortgage software company located in Addison, TX, has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant, who will assist the Marketing Director, Sales Team, and Management of FICS with general administrative duties. This full time position requires some travel.

Qualifications:
Successful candidates will possess administrative experience in a fast-paced environment and be a flexible team player with a positive attitude. Must multi-task, be detail oriented and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral). Additional qualifications will include: Expert proficiency using MS Word, MS Excel, and ACT!, experience with proof reading, alpha and numeric filing, and answering multi-lined phone.
