Description:
FICS is located in Addison, Texas and produces residential loan origination, residential mortgage servicing, and commercial servicing software for the mortgage industry. This position is for our Loan Producer Department. This department is responsible for our Loan Producer, Loan Accountant, Loan Originator, LP Online, and iNetAp software applications. All candidates should be motivated, independent, proactive, detail oriented self-starters with a solid work ethic, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and must demonstrate a high degree of professionalism.
Qualifications:
• Extensive knowledge of loan origination including processing, underwriting, closing, shipping, and secondary marketing. Minimum two years actual industry experience required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in an extremely deadline oriented environment
• Very strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel
• Must be customer focused, results, and process improvement oriented
• Knowledge of Automated Underwriting Systems including LoanProspector.com and Desktop Underwriter
• Knowledge of federal regulations and guidelines including, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, FHA, VA, and HUD
• Strong technical aptitude
